To make this FAQs even easier, we grouped them into three types of questions. The first group of questions is about RDV Voyage itself, the second group is about questions you may wonder before traveling and the third group is made of questions you may have while you are traveling.

WHO ARE WE ?
We are Personal Travel Coordinators, we work to make your dream travel come true. Either for leisure or business purposes, we’ll create and coordinate the travel you want, from A to Z.
WHERE IS RDV VOYAGE BASED ?
We are based in Iligan City, in the Philippines (Southeast Asia), home of one of the co-founders. However, our services have no boundaries as we promote, sell and coordinate through Internet.
HOW TO MAKE SURE WE ARE LEGIT ?
(1) You can check with the authorities of the Philippines and ask them about RDV Voyage Travel Agency, Inc. Our Certificate of Incorporation is recorded in the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) under regulation number CS201329064.
(2) You can request both a phone and video call from us to ask us any questions and to ensure we are real people !
(3) You can cross information about RDV Voyage that you find online, check out the different communities (Facebook, Youtube…) and see how frequently we update them.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE US TO QUOTE A TRAVEL ?
As soon as we have your travel wishes, we’ll quote your travel within 72 hours. In some case, we’ll give you different options so you can choose the one you prefer.
WHAT THINGS NOT TO FORGET BEFORE TRAVELING ?
(1) Always have a passport that is valid at least 6 months after your return date.
(2) Ask your doctor what vaccinations you should make before traveling. In some case, you’ll need to take them few weeks prior departure.
(3) Get an idea of the political climate of the country you want to visit. In some cases, it can be better/safer to postone or cancel a travel.
(4) Make sure to know the climate of the place(s) you are visiting and bring the clothes accordingly. Be reminded that a warm weather often means Air Conditioning interiors that can be very cold, so bring at least a scarf or light sweater along your swimming clothes !

CAN YOU MODIFY THE INCLUSIONS ?
It depends. However, when it is possible, modifying an itinerary while you are traveling can be very costly. Also, we suggest you to make sure of your vacation timeline before validation.
YOU WANT TO EXTEND YOUR TRAVEL, WHAT TO DO ?
If we are the ones to have booked your hotels, transfers, activities, etc. you should contact us as soon as you made your decision to extend your travel. AN UNEXPECTED EVENTS HAPPENED, WHAT TO DO ?
In case of safety matters, you should directly contact the embassy of your country located in the country you are visiting. Contacting local authorities is also a way of putting yourself safe. For other events, you can contact your travel insurance company and in last resorts, us.
